Keutamaan Masjid-Masjid

Seluruh masjid memiliki keutamaan yang sama, kecuali empat masjid, di mana keempatnya memiliki kelebihan. Dilihat dari sisi keutamaannya, keempat masjid itu bisa disusun sebagai berikut: Masjidil Haram di Makkah, shalat di dalamnya sebanding dengan 100.000 shalat; Masjid Nabawi di Madinah, shalat di dalamnya sebanding dengan 1.000 shalat; Masjidil Aqsha di al-Quds, beberapa riwayat yang ada memiliki perbedaan dalam hal keutamaan shalat di dalamnya, ada yang menyebutkan bahwa shalat di dalamnya sebanding dengan 1.000 shalat, ada pula yang menyebutkan bahwa shalat di dalamnya sebanding dengan 500 shalat; kemudian Masjid Quba di Madinah, shalat di dalamnya sebanding dengan umrah. Ketiga masjid yang pertama itulah satu-satunya yang ditekankan untuk dijadikan tujuan perjalanan (safar), yakni melakukan perjalanan dalam rangka melaksanakan ibadah dan shalat di dalamnya, dan safar dengan maksud ibadah tidak disyariatkan pada masjid selainnya. Abu Hurairah telah meriwayatkan dari Nabi Saw., beliau bersabda:

“Perjalanan tidak ditekankan kecuali pada tiga masjid: Masjidil Haram, Masjid Rasulullah Saw., dan Masjidil Aqsha.” (HR. Bukhari)

Dari Jabir ra., bahwa Rasulullah Saw. bersabda:

“Shalat di masjidku ini lebih utama daripada seribu shalat di masjid selainnya, kecuali Masjidil Haram. Dan shalat di Masjidil Haram lebih utama dari seratus ribu shalat di masjid selainnya.” (HR. Ibnu Majah)

Dari Maimunah, pembantu Nabi Saw., bahwa ia berkata:

“Aku bertanya: “Wahai Rasulullah, terangkanlah tentang keutamaan Baitul Maqdis.” Beliau Saw. bersabda: “Bumi tempat manusia dikumpulkan dan berpencar, maka datangilah ia dan shalatlah di dalamnya, karena shalat di dalamnya sebanding dengan seribu shalat pada selainnya.” Kemudian aku bertanya: “Bagaimana menurutmu jika aku tidak sanggup melakukan perjalanan ke sana?” Beliau Saw. menjawab: “Maka hendaklah engkau membuat penerangan di masjid dengan zaitun yang digunakan sebagai lampu. Barangsiapa yang melakukan hal itu, maka dia seperti orang yang mengunjungi Baitul Maqdis.” (HR. Ibnu Majah)

Ucapan beliau atahammalu ilaih, artinya artahilu ilaih (aku melakukan perjalanan ke Baitul Maqdis).

Dari Abu Darda, ia berkata: Rasulullah Saw. bersabda:

“Keutamaan shalat di Masjidil Haram atas selainnya adalah seratus ribu shalat, dan di masjidku ini seribu shalat, dan di Masjid Baitul Maqdis itu lima ratus shalat.” (HR. al-Bazzar)

Dari Abdullah bin Amru ra., dari Rasulullah Saw.:

“Bahwa Sulaiman bin Daud telah meminta Allah Yang Maha Suci dan Maha Luhur tiga hal, dan Dia Swt. telah memberinya dua hal, dan aku berharap dia telah diberi juga yang ketiga. Dia telah meminta kerajaan yang tidak diberikan kepada seorang pun setelahnya, maka Dia Swt. memberikan kepadanya. Lalu dia telah meminta satu pemerintahan yang kokoh menancapkan hukumnya, maka Dia Swt. telah memberikan kepadanya. Dan dia meminta agar orang yang mendatangi rumah ini (Baitul Maqdis) yang tidak berkehendak apapun kecuali untuk melaksanakan shalat di dalamnya, agar ia keluar dari Baitul Maqdis seperti hari ia dilahirkan oleh ibunya (yakni tanpa dosa). Maka Rasulullah Saw. bersabda: “Dan aku berharap agar orang yang mendatangi Baitul Maqdis untuk shalat di dalamnya akan Allah berikan yang ketiga.” (HR. Ibnu Hibban)

Dari Usaid bin Hudhair al-Anshari ra. -beliau termasuk sahabat Nabi- telah menyampaikan hadits dari Nabi Saw., bahwa beliau bersabda:

“Sekali shalat di Masjid Quba-i itu sebanding dengan satu kali umrah.” (HR. Ibnu Majah)

Tirmidzi meriwayatkan dengan redaksi:

“Shalat di masjid Quba itu sebanding dengan umrah.”

Takut Kebangkitan Intifadhah, Zionis Jatuhkan Sanksi Berat Bagi Remaja Muslimah

Zionis Yahudi sangat takut terhadap kebangkitan intifadhah. Saking takutnya, mereka pun menyasar anak-anak perempuan di bawah umur. Ketakutan Yahudi ini muncul mengingat semakin maraknya aksi penyerangan terhadap tentara rezim penjajah yang justru dilakukan oleh anak-anak perempuan di bawah umur. Menurut Pusat Studi Tahanan Palestina, pengadilan di wilayah pendudukan telah mengeluarkan sanksi yang keras dan penuh dendam terhadap sejumlah tahanan perempuan berusia di atas 10 tahun.

Selama bertahun-tahun konflik yang panjang dengan entitas Yahudi, lebih dari 15.000 perempuan dan perempuan muda Palestina dipenjara. Negara penjajah itu tidak membedakan antara perempuan tua maupun muda, termasuk yang usianya di bawah 18 tahun. Dalam intifadah (pemberontakan) pertama, terdapat 3.000 tahanan perempuan dan selama pemberontakan kedua jumlahnya hampir 900 orang. Menurut Departemen Tahanan dan Mantan tahanan, jumlah tahanan perempuan yang menjadi sasaran penangkapan di penjara entitas Yahudi, sejak 13 Juni 2016, mencapai 61 orang.

Pengadilan Yahudi baru-baru mengeIuarkan hukuman terhadap empat tahanan perempuan dengan masa hukuman yang lebih dari 10 tahun. Shurooq Dawiyat (19 tahun) dijatuhi hukuman 16 tahun, Maysoon Al-Jibaaliy (22 tahun) dihukum 15 tahun, Nourhan Awad (16 tahun) dihukum 13 tahun, dan Israa Ja'abis (31 tahun) dihukum 11 tahun. Selain itu, hukuman bervariasi diberikan kepada gadis-gadis lain berkisar di antara 3-7 tahun masa tahanan.

Mereka yang seharusnya ada di bangku-bangku sekolah untuk mempersiapkan masa depan mereka, malah menjadi sasaran penghinaan rezim Zionis Yahudi. Para tahanan perempuan itu, dari segala usia, dari sejak mereka ditangkap mengalami pemukulan, penghinaan, dan pelecehan secara verbal. Tindakan keji ini semakin meningkat saat mereka tiba di pusat-pusat interogasi.

Berbagai teknik interogasi yang keji dilakukan terhadap mereka baik secara fisik maupun mental. Mereka dipukul, dibuat kurang tidur selama berjam-jam, menjadi korban teror dan dibuat agar takut tanpa membedakan jenis kelamin, usia atau adanya kebutuhan khusus atau keperluan lainnya. Penderitaaan mereka berlanjut di kamar-kamar tahanan. Otoritas penjara menyerang kamar-kamar mereka di malam hari dan saat mereka sedang tidur. Tidak sedikit di antaranya yang mengalami kekurangan makanan, tidak mendapatkan obat yang layak saat mereka sakit, tahanan yang kekurangan tempat tidur, dengan jendela kecil sehingga hanya mendapatkan sedikit cahaya matahari.

Juru bicara Media Pusat Hizbut Tahrir Riyadh Al-Ashqar mengecam tindakan keji rezim penjajah Yahudi ini. Menurutnya, tindakan Yahudi ini mencerminkan ketakutan mereka.

”Otoritas pendudukan berusaha untuk membuat putusan yang lebih keras sebagai upaya untuk mencegah kaum perempuan dan putri-putri Palestina untuk ikut dalam aksi perlawanan Al-Quds, menakut-nakuti mereka untuk tidak melakukan operasi penusukan atau melindas tentara pendudukan dan para pemukim di wilayah pendudukan,” tegasnya.

Riyad juga mempertanyakan mengapa penguasa-penguasa negeri Islam hanya menjadi penonton, sementara di depan mereka remaja-remaja Muslimah mengalami penderitaan yang mengerikan.

”Berapa lama lagi pelanggaran terhadap kehormatan dan martabat perempuan Muslim akan terjadi, sementara semua orang hanya menonton, berapa lama lagi putri-putri kami, saudara-saudara perempuan dan ibu-ibu kami tetap berada di penjara-penjara entitas Yahudi? Bangunlah dan bangkitlah dari tidur Anda dan buanglah pakaian kehinaan dan bekerjalah bersama Hizbut Tahrir yang berjuang untuk mengusir penindasan ini dari mereka dan dari semua umat Islam dengan mendirikan Khilafah yang lurus yang berjalan pada pada metode Kenabian,” tegasnya. Mayoritas Anak Palestina Di Penjara Israel Disiksa

Israel menyiksa dan mempermalukan mayoritas anak-anak Palestina yang ditahan di penjara. Demikian pernyataan dari Luay Ukka, pengacara Komite Tahanan Palestina (PCPA). Setelah mengunjungi pusat penjara Ofer, Ukka melaporkan bahwa tahanan muda di dalam sana mengalami penyiksaan, pemukulan, dan dipermalukan selama proses interogasi atau penangkapan.

Ukka juga menambahkan jumlah tahanan anak-anak muda Palestina meningkat. Pada bulan September (2016) PCPA melaporkan setidaknya 1.000 anak-anak Palestina ditahan sejak awal tahun 2016. Sementara itu, lebih dari 7.000 tahanan Palestina berada di 17 penjara israel. Banyak dari mereka ditangkap semena-mena tanpa pengadilan. []presstv

Negara-Negara Arab Bersekutu Makan Uang Riba

Terdapat lembaga yang bernama Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD) yang berbasis di Kuwait yang merupakan institusi keuangan yaitu lembaga pemberi utang riba pan-Arab. Semua negara anggotanya adalah semua negara yang tergabung dalam Liga Arab (Arab League). Liga Arab saat ini terdiri dari 18 negara anggota aktif: Aljazair, Bahrain, Komoro, Djibouti, Mesir, Irak, Yordania, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mauritania, Maroko, Oman, Qatar, Arab Saudi, Somalia, Sudan, Tunisia, Uni Emirat Arab. Liga Arab pada mulanya adalah idenya Inggris pada tahun 1942. Kemudian pada 1945 tujuh penguasa Timur Tengah menurutinya dengan menandatangani Alexandria Protocol. Tujuh negara itu adalah Mesir, Irak, Libanon, Suriah, Arab Saudi, Yordania dan Yaman.

Pada 2003 Dana Arab untuk Pembangunan Ekonomi Dan Sosial (AFESD) punya aset sebesar US$7,3 milyar. AFESD didirikan berdasarkan kesepakatannya Dewan Ekonomi Dan Sosial dari Liga Arab pada 1972.

Belakangan ini Sudan dan AFESD menyepakati utang riba senilai 200 juta dollar untuk pembangunan pembangkit listrik di area al-Baqir sebelah selatan Khartoum dengan kapasitas 350 MW. Lembaga utang riba itu dalam pernyataannya menunjukkan bahwa periode pelunasan utang adalah 30 tahun, dengan periode kelonggaran (grace period) 7 tahun dan bunga/riba tahunan sebesar 2%. Acara penandatanganan kesepakatan utang riba itu diadakan di ibukota Maroko, Rabat. (Sudan Tribune, 18/4/2017)

Bunga/riba 2% adalah haram, dan larangan bagi orang-orang yang melegalkan riba sudah jelas diketahui. Allah Yang Mahakuasa telah menyatakan perang terhadap mereka, dan siapakah mereka yang berani berperang melawan Allah?! Allah Swt. berfirman (artinya):

"Hai orang-orang yang beriman, bertakwalah kepada Allah dan tinggalkan sisa riba (yang belum dipungut) jika kamu orang-orang yang beriman.  Maka jika kamu tidak mengerjakan (meninggalkan sisa riba), maka ketahuilah, bahwa Allah dan Rasul-Nya akan memerangimu. Dan jika kamu bertobat (dari pengambilan riba), maka bagimu POKOK HARTAmu; kamu tidak menganiaya dan tidak (pula) dianiaya." (TQS. Al-Baqarah:278-279)

Kedzaliman rezim ini telah mencapai tingkatan yang tinggi, dalam mengubah hukum, menghalalkan apa yang diharamkan oleh Allah. Rezim telah mengambil banyak utang ribawi sementara penduduk negeri terus saja dalam penderitaan dan kesengsaraan dan tidak terpecahkan berbagai permasalahannya, tapi malah situasi mereka memburuk.

Di manakah Bendungan Morewe, yang dibangun dengan uang riba, dan dikatakan bahwa bendungan itu akan memasok dan mengekspor listrik? Hasilnya adalah penduduk negeri tertipu. Bendungan ini tidak memproduksi sepersepuluh dari apa kata penguasa, dan negeri masih juga kekurangan listrik meski telah kehilangan milyaran dollar! Allah Swt. berfirman (artinya):

"Allah memusnahkan riba dan menyuburkan sedekah. Dan Allah tidak menyukai setiap orang yang tetap dalam kekafiran, dan selalu berbuat dosa." (TQS. Al-Baqarah:276)

Di manakah utang untuk pembangunan 22 sekolah di selatan, yang kata Juru Bicara Parlemen Ahmed Tahir: "Jika utang itu murni berdasar riba, maka diizinkan bagi kita membolehkannya demi kemaslahatannya." Mereka telah menjadikan maslahat sebagai agama mereka dan mereka menaatinya, bukannya menaati Allah, jadi mereka telah melarang apa yang Allah wajibkan dan mereka melegalkan apa yang telah Allah larang!!

Tidakkah rezim penguasa menyadari krisis, kehancuran, dan tiadanya rahmat Allah dari proyek-proyek yang dibangun atas riba? Tidakkah rezim melihat keruntuhan ekonomi, luasnya kemiskinan dan jatuhnya nilai mata uang, sebagai akibat dari sistem kapitalis yang menghalalkan bunga/ riba? Diriwayatkan dari Jabir ra.:

“Rasulullah Saw. mengutuk orang yang menerima riba, orang yang memberinya, juru tulisnya dan kedua saksinya. Rasulullah Saw. menegaskan, “Mereka semua sama.” (Shahih Muslim).

Hizbut Tahrir wilayah Sudan memperingatkan para penguasa dari kemurkaan Allah dan pelanggaran atas kesucian-Nya. Para penguasa semacam itu harus bertaubat dari perbuatan ngawur-nya, mulai menaati Allah dalam hal kekuasaan, berhenti dari praktek riba, dan menolak sistem kapitalisme yang mengingkari Allah dan Rasulullah dan telah menghisap darah kaum miskin.

Dan mereka wajib menegakkan apa yang diturunkan Allah Swt., dalam negara yang diridhoi Allah Yang Mahakuasa, Negara Khilafah Rasyidah yang sesuai metode kenabian, sistem Islam semata yang mampu menangani ekonomi dan menerapkan hukum-hukum dari Allah, Tuhannya semua makhluk. Allah Swt. berfirman (artinya):

"...Maka jika datang kepadamu petunjuk daripada-Ku, lalu barangsiapa yang mengikut petunjuk-Ku, ia tidak akan sesat dan tidak akan celaka.  Dan barangsiapa berpaling dari peringatan-Ku, maka sesungguhnya baginya penghidupan yang sempit, dan Kami akan menghimpunkannya pada hari kiamat dalam keadaan buta." (TQS. Thaha:123-124)

Milisi Houthi Yaman Menangkap Anggota Hizbut Tahrir di Masjid di Sanaa

Milisi Houthi menangkap saudara Muhsin Muhammad Aldza'dabi, usia (sekitar) 38 tahun, dia adalah anggota Hizbut Tahrir di wilayah Yaman, pada Jum'at 23/3/2017, dari masjid al-Usta al-Ka'in di sebelahnya Rumah Sakit Republik (al-Jumhori), di tengah ibukota Sanaa. Saudara Mohsin Aldja'dabi sedang melakukan tugasnya dakwah kepada Khatib (Imam) masjid, dan memberikan nasihat, dan menjelaskan makar Barat di balik konflik Anglo-Amerika di Yaman, dan mengungkap kaki-tangan lokal dan regionalnya, hal ini dilakukan melalui diskusi intelektual dan menjawab argumen dengan argumen, tapi mengejutkannya -berdasarkan informasi- bahwa salah seorang kerabat si Imam masjid memanggil kru militer dari milisi Houthi yang kemudian membawa saudara kami ke kantor polisi dan sampai sekarang (26/3/2017) masih ditahan di sana!

Menanggapi debat intelektual dan pendapat Islami dan kata-kata kebenaran dengan penangkapan yang arogan, intimidasi, dan penindasan terhadap pengemban dakwah dari Hizbut Tahrir menunjukkan kebangkrutan milisi arogan yang kacau itu; yang tidak mampu mengatur kota apapun, kecuali dengan besi dan senapan, mereka mengikuti jejak para tiran dan penguasa kegelapan sejahat-jahatnya orang, yang dibenci oleh penduduk siang dan malam. Mereka menanamkan ketakutan dan perpecahan di antara masyarakat Yaman dan menggarong kepemilikan publik dan menimpakan perang atas negeri untuk melayani kolonialis kafir.
Kami berharap, dengan berkuasanya mereka maka mereka akan membela agama Allah dan syariah, tapi sayang, mereka tentu tidak bisa menawarkan sesuatu yang tidak mereka miliki, dan mereka tidak menyadari akibat-akibat perbuatan mereka. Para milisi itu gerakan mereka akan berakhir dalam kekalahan dan keputusasaan, tidak peduli berapa lama mereka bertindak zalim, mereka akan menemui ajalnya, dan akibat dari kezaliman pastilah serius dan pedih.

Kami menyeru mereka atas dasar persaudaraan iman, dan kami menasihati mereka untuk kembali pada berbuat adil dengan mengikuti aturan-aturan Islam, dan bertobat dari kezaliman dan dari mematuhi para penindas dan dari melayani makar Barat, khususnya Amerika, yang berusaha merobek negeri dan menggoreng permusuhan sektarian dan religius di antara masyarakat. Kami juga menyeru mereka untuk melepaskan tahanan terzalimi dan untuk menghentikan permusuhan terhadap mukminin yang ikhlas kepada Allah Swt.

Para anggota Hizbut Tahrir di wilayah Yaman akan terus melanjutkan, dengan izin Allah, membawa obor petunjuk dan cahaya kepada dunia hingga mereka mencapai tujuan melanjutkan kehidupan Islam dengan tegaknya kembali Khilafah Rasyidah yang sesuai manhaj kenabian; mengikuti metode Nabi Muhammad Saw. dalam mendirikan Negara Islam Rasyidah.
Kejahatan orang-orang fasik dan penindasan para tiran tidak akan menghentikan dakwah mereka, hingga Allah memberikan keputusan di antara mereka dan orang-orang zalim dengan kebenaran, dan Allah adalah hakim yang sebaik-baiknya.

Makar yang terus-menerus dilancarkan oleh negara-negara penjajah tiada lain adalah untuk mencegah pembebasan negeri-negeri kaum Muslim dari ketergantungan pada Barat. Pada saat yang sama mereka senantiasa menutup-nutupi kerusakan dan kehancuran peradaban Barat, baik secara pemikiran maupun realitas. Tidakkah mereka memerperhatikan bagaimana Allah SWT menghancurkan kaum Aad, Tsamud, Fir’aun dan kaum Nabi Nuh as.

Saat ini dunia menyaksiakan betapa dakwah untuk menegakkan kembali Khilafah yang sesuai dengan manhaj kenabian bergema di seluruh penjuru negeri kaum Muslim, dari timur hingga barat. Inilah kabar gembira bahwa Khilafah ‘ala minhâj an-nubuwwah kian tampak. Semoga dalam waktu dekat, Khilafah segera berdiri kembali. Amîn, ya Rabb al-‘âlamîn.

Saudi Arabia consulted with America before the military action and those undertaking the active military role - Salman and Sisi - are American agents. As for the Gulf states, Jordan and Morocco, their role is more political, as per the British habit in countering America, such that she remains in the picture and has a place in the forthcoming negotiations, in order to take a share in the distribution of influence.
